DNS Security (including DNS Security Lite and DNS Security Pro) is developed by Peter Lee. This policy explains how the app handles your information.

Information collection and use

DNS Security does not collect, store or share any personal information. No device information, user information, usage analytics or browsing history is collected by the app or sent to the developer.

DNS queries

DNS Security configures Apple’s system encrypted DNS settings on your device. Your DNS queries are sent directly from your device to the DNS provider you select, such as Cloudflare, Google Public DNS, AdGuard DNS or Quad9, or to the server you add in a custom profile. They are never routed through servers operated by the developer.

The DNS provider you choose handles your queries under its own privacy policy. Please review that provider’s policy before using it.

Purchases

Purchases of DNS Security Pro and in-app purchases in DNS Security Lite are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive your payment information.

Children’s privacy

DNS Security does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, so please review it periodically.
